Hi folks, This week Pat’s Preserves will be at all 3 Markets,VG and H.I. on Friday and the Seaport Farmer’s Market on Saturday. Hope you all enjoyed a nice sunny weekend. If you want fudge, please order before Wednesday noon. We have a few more weeks inside at the VG, hope the weather warms up and stays that way for when we go outside.

Please take notice that Maryann’s Gift store in Cole Harbour is now carrying my Rubs, just in time for BBQ Season, Heppy Pies in Halifax is now carrying my Rib Sauce and a few jams. Nature’s Cove on the Bedford Highway ( across from Chinatown restaurant ) also has all of my rubs, rib sauce, most of my jams and jellies as well as my Diabetic no sugar added jams.

Now is a great time to think of your favorite wedding favours, most if not all of my jams and jellies are available in the 60ml size jars for that prefect gift, also good for company gifts, comes with personalized labels or your own business logo.

Only a few more months then the fresh local produce season will be here and I will be busy making your favorite condiments.

FUDGE?

Good day, this is a fudge week so if you are a customer from the VG or H.I. please email me your fudge order by Wednesday noon. all fudge sold at the VG or H.I. as of now must be pre-ordered as I am not allowed to sell it off of my table.

In other news this week, I am out of Beets, Green tomato Chow as well as Dill Pickles Gluten free Marinade as well as Mustard are available. I am also working on other Sugar-Free products, right now available are Sugar-Free Raspberry jam and Sugar free Blueberry jam.

If you have any other product in mind you would like to see me making, feel free to ask by email or in person at markets, I enjoy a new challenge and when I have some down time ( not often ) I enjoy making something new.

Great Gluten Free news at  PAT’S PRESERVES, Gluten free Mustard Pickles are available, until quantity last. Also just in time for the summer meals are a Gluten Free Marinade using Gluten Free/Vegan Worcestershire Sauce as well as Gluten Free Soya Sauce, This should be available as a regular product in all Markets starting this Saturday.
